Redesigning Learning & Social Impact Through Art, Education, and Innovation

“Creativity is more than expression—it’s a strategy for change.”

My journey began in West Africa, in Ghana and Nigeria, where I experienced firsthand how traditional education systems often leave behind those who learn differently. As a young girl navigating the challenges of dyslexia, I turned to art not just as a creative outlet, but as a way to make sense of the world. What began as a personal lifeline has, over the past decade, evolved into a body of work that blends art, education, well-being, and leadership to create more inclusive and human-centered learning experiences.

My Story: From Ghana to Harvard & Beyond

For over a decade, I’ve designed and led arts-integrated education programs, community-based public art initiatives, and creative leadership strategies across West Africa and the United States.

I pioneered arts-based learning initiatives, mentored learners who learn differently. Developed creative curricula for underserved communities. My work extended to hospitals, schools, global art-health initiatives and Center for African Studies.

In the U.S., I continue this work through education leadership, social impact consulting, and research — both as a CEO Scholar at the Harvard Center for African Studies and as a graduate student in the Master’s in Education Leadership, Organization, and Entrepreneurship (Ed.M. ’25) program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. My focus is on exploring how creativity can transform systems to become more inclusive and equitable. My projects have ranged from curriculum design to international arts festivals, aligning education with workforce development, all grounded in the belief that learning should be as diverse, dynamic, and vibrant as the communities it serves.

My Approach & Values

  • Creativity as a Tool for Change → I believe in using the arts to reshape education, leadership, and well-being systems.

  • Equity-Driven Learning Models → I design inclusive programs that empower learners of all backgrounds, particularly marginalized communities.

  • Bridging Cultures & Innovation → My work connects global development strategies with grassroots impact, ensuring sustainable change through collaboration.
